At Devil's Den, I create a variety of dark and milk chocolate gems that feature fair trade cacao paired with some local and seasonal ingredients from my home in New England as well as globally interesting flavors from my travels.
bean to bite
"Bean to Bite" refers to the chocolate making process in its most raw form. Similar to the "farm to table" concept, bean to bite starts with sourcing cacao beans from farmers and ends with blissful chocolate creations that are 100% one's own. It separates chocolate makers from chocolatiers.
